Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging you will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate returns, you can contact us at info@wimcanada.store If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent to us without first being returned will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / items are non-returnable
Certain types of items, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted merchandise or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the money will be refunded to you automatically using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
